Terms of Use

Last updated: October 6, 2026

  1. The game. Buggy Bandits is a free browser game; "we" means the people who make it. By playing it you agree to these terms.
  2. Who it's for. The game is intended for players aged 17 and over. It is not rated by the ESRB. It contains violence and blood, alcohol, simulated gambling with play money, and optional mature themes, which are off for players under 18 and can be switched off in Options.
  3. Play money. In-game dollars, poker winnings and progress have no real-world value, cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money, and may be reset.
  4. Your license. You may play the game for personal, non-commercial use, and you may stream and post videos of your gameplay, including monetized videos. You may not copy, rip, redistribute, resell or rehost the game or its code, art, music, voices or other assets, or present them as your own.
  5. Ownership. The game and its contents belong to us or our licensors. Some music, sound effects and voices were generated with AI models used under their licenses. The game is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any other game publisher.
  6. Fair play. Don't attack, overload or try to break into the site or its services.
  7. No warranty. The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and may change or go offline at any time. Saves live in your browser and can be lost.
  8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the game. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
  9. Support. Tips through Buy Me a Coffee are voluntary gifts to support the game. They don't buy anything in the game, and Buy Me a Coffee's own terms apply to them.
  10. Supporter Pack. When it's offered, the Supporter Pack is an optional one-time purchase. It is sold by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record: it takes the payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, and its own buyer terms apply to the sale.
    • You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the pack's cosmetic items (outfits, horse coats, rig paint, a weapon finish and a title-screen badge) in the game. They give no gameplay advantage and have no cash value.
    • It is delivered straight away as a license key, emailed by Lemon Squeezy. The key unlocks the pack in up to five browsers. It is checked with Lemon Squeezy and stored in your browser; clearing your browser's site data removes it, and you can enter the key again.
    • Refunds: email us within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. A refund deactivates the key. This doesn't limit any rights you have under the law where you live.
    • We may add to, adjust or retire the game's items over time. The game is free and may change or go offline (see "No warranty").
  11. Privacy. See the Privacy Policy.
  12. Changes. We may update these terms; the date above will change.
